Comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Excellent, efficient staff. Peaceful location just off a gourmet Galician/French restaurant and the unspoilt river bank and the historic center.

Staff is amiable and you can park your car on-site. Thanks a lot for the real good stay, no complains at all...
Couldn’t ask for better.

The room was exceptionally clean with a great view, modern bathroom facilities, for instance, terrific service. The setting was fantastic and stunning, so close to the old town center, the local bars, and a light...

The bed is comfortable.. We were able to check in before 3pm. The room's safe was broken and they came right away to fix it. Stereo, couch and side table in the room.. Outside terrace
It lacks maintenance in general, you can see that the facilities are very used. In the spa area. there are many rusty metal elements where you are supposed to go barefoot, cleaning of the water and pool itself leave a bit to be desired, They ask you to book in advance the time you want to enter the circuit and yet they do not control the time of departure. there were many people in a small space, access between the hotel and spa is outdoors. they should have a somewhat more protected and comfortable air conditioner, To access the lower rooms you have to pass continuously through the dining and kitchen area.. is quite annoying for workers, diners and guests, corridor and room smelled quite damp.. it is not cozy, hotel is not fenced in and both the garden and terraces of the lower rooms are completely open to anyone who wants to enter without permission..

The daily service was excellent. We had a spacious bedroom. The location turned out to be incredible and particularly good, not far from the outskirts of the village of Allariz.
Couldn't ask for more.

The idea of having a double room was great. Booked a room with MAGNIFICENT views of a lake. the property's position was fantastic, close enough to a gourmet Galician / French restaurant, the unspoilt river bank, and the historic centre.

The quiet environment to rest but at the same time next to the village, you cross the bridge of the river walk and you are in the village, Allariz is a very nice village with gastronomic and commercial options.
hotel at the time was very good because it belonged to the AC group, now it belongs to the OCA group and it shows. facilities were very good but the lack of maintenance by their new owners, makes that every time we go (I do not know if I will go much more) are deteriorating. windows of the rooms, made of wood, are more and more damaged, they fit worse, they lack ironworks, curtains are breaking, security box was broken and it didn't seem that it was from the previous day. Anyway, things that in principle are small details but in the long run if they are not solved they become a disaster. And then other small details that add up. juice at breakfast is not natural. personally seems to me to be a pretty crappy detail considering the price of the hotel, is not exactly cheap, I sincerely believe that a lot of things change. soon you will have the four stars, is a pity given the quality it had at the time. as well as the excellent place where it is located, next to the village and river but without noise and how beautiful Allariz is,

The venue is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with a good value and helpful and efficient staff. Airy & huge room, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in there. Great service, free parking available on-site. Great pool to relax in too. Very good stay, as always.

I chose the Hotel because I wanted to visit the Museo do Coiro. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the Wi-Fi Internet available throughout the hotel. The great taperias and restaurants located in old buildings also impressed me, offering a wonderful combination of Galician products with a special process.
Facilities lacking for a spa hotel.

breakfast was quite varied, location was very good (even though it was a bit weird to have a house attached right behind), design and decoration of the whole hotel and more specifically the room, we loved it. situation with respect to the village was unbeatable, an ideal environment to relax.
We booked the spa time, and, worried about being half an hour late, we told the staff. They tell us that it's no problem, that they reserve it so that there is no accumulation of people but that once you enter you have no time limit. She was very nice, she stressed that in this company comfort is more important than anything else, that they limit the capacity, children, etc. It's a shame that the reality was completely the opposite. We found a small spa, cozy for sure, too full (with about 30 people that we came to count), coming to have to queue to enter the sauna. We would have stayed longer if we could have been more relaxed. As for the room, everything is perfect, except for the little privacy of the terrace, discomfort of the bed that we suffered when we woke up.

hotel is very nice. perfect location, by the river. room they gave us was fantastic. Big, with a small lounge. Bathroom is spacious, with a bath and shower. restaurant/bar has a wonderful terrace to have a drink or a snack.
It's a shame that a hotel of this category has such a bad breakfast. The omelet's too cold. The dry, really bad sausage. The pastries, phew. The completely watered-down orange juice, no flavor. The night before we ordered a board of Iberian ham, dry, hard, cut very fat and that cost us to finish. We told the person who served us that they had to change their supplier. That said, it's a shame. It slips everything else. Another thing we didn't like was that the TV took half of the channels. We don't know if it was badly tuned or there's another reason.

During my recent stay at this elegant and chilled hotel, I was impressed by the spacious rooms and the relaxed atmosphere. The large decked balcony provided a peaceful spot for enjoying an evening cigar. The staff, though limited in English, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location in a large parkland allowed for a short and pleasant walk across the old medieval bridge to reach the charming old town. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and added to the tranquil ambiance of the overall experience. The hotel offered ample parking, including covered spaces. Additionally, the complimentary soft drink minibar in the room was a nice touch. Breakfasts were served in a light and airy restaurant and featured a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, and juices. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in a delightful location.

Everything. Everything was spectacular. We asked for a double room and they gave us one with an incredible terrace. The bed is the biggest I've ever been in in my life. The bathtub is wide.. They leave you some walking shoes at home, a good detail to walk around the room, plus some welcome coffees courtesy of the hotel.. The TV is big and has Netlix, a bonus.. As for the spa, the facilities are good. You have to set a time to come in but you can stay inside as long as you want and at least when I went there were not many people.. And what about breakfast.. Wonderful. The natural juice, the toast, the cereal, the pastries.. Not a hitch.
Having to leave the hotel to go to the spa (although it is opposite) can be a small inconvenience, especially if it is cold. I think it would be great to have a joint so you don't have to be cold in the winter.
